Thank you for shopping with Bluebells Forage. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery options.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

We try to keep our delivery costs as low as possible.
Standard Delivery: £2.99
Express Delivery £3.99
Which courier do we use?
We use a range of couriers to deliver our parcels for us. The courier we use is often based by the weight/size of the parcel.
Royal Mail is often used for smaller parces.
Evri is used for bigger size parcels
DPD is used where a parcel is both big and heavy.
We will always try to use a service that is based on the one purchased at checkout. i.e if you paid for express delivery, and we use Evri for your delivery we will use their Nextday service.
When we complete your order, you will be notified what courier we have used and provide you with tracking. You can track your order via the order page or by downloading the SHOP app.
Can I have a parcel delivered to a locker/shop?
We do offer parcelshop/locker delivery. At checkout you will see what is available within your location. There may be an occasion where once an order is packed it may be to big for the service you selected. If this does happen we will contact you and arrange a suitable alternative. We as a family business will always try our best to meet your needs
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also download the SHOP app and track the order through that.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the UK. Please note that due to remote areas/ islands we may have to use a different service to the one selected. Again we will contact you if this is the case.
What packaging do you use?
All forage, treats, hay and boredom breakers packaging will be brand new. However when it comes to packing your order, we may use recycled boxes to pack your order. We do this to help save waste. The delivery fee you pay is only for the delivery, we never charge packaging within the delivery fee. So do not be alarmed if your order turns up in a box with different printing on the outside.
Often we will use our timothy hay within your packaging to protect your items. This can either be fed to your furry friends if you wish, or if you would like, it can be put in a compost bin, or simply placed in your garden somewhere for nature to do its thing!
