Bluebells Product Donation
We want to make it easy for people to donate our items to rescues/charities. Not only does this ensure that animals in their care get 100% natural items, but also helps them with running cost.
This is why we run our 'Product Donation'. Simply follow the steps below:
1) Go to our donation page or follow this link
2) Find the rescue you wish to donate to
3) Select the value of the bag you wish to donate
4) Check out and pay for the order - there will be no shipping charge
5) We send all donation orders together
Below are some questions you may have:
Can I purchase donation bags as a subscription?
Yes! Having a subscription means you will save 5%. However the rescue will still receive the value of the original bag before the discount.
If I don't pay postage, does the rescue then pay it?
No, neither you nor the recuse pay shipping costs for product donations. Instead we get all the donations and ship them in one go.
So when will the order be sent?
We send all donations at the start of the following month of the order. So for example, order any date within April and it will be dispatched the first week of May.
Will the rescue know I donated?
When we send orders, each donation is sent in their own bags, we Include the name of who donated. We do not provide email, phone numbers or house addresses. If you do not wish for your name to be sent with your donation then please let us know. We do this as rescues like to share online their thanks.
What will be in the bag?
Each bag will have a mix of items. We also sometimes include free items. There may be times where we will contact the rescue to see if their are any items they require.
The rescue I want to donate is not listed, can I still donate?
In this instance you will have to put the order through as a normal order and put their delivery address down, postage will be charged. Of course we are always looking to expand this scheme, so if you want, we can contact the rescue and see if they would like to be added to our website
